Eligibility Criteria

Age: 30 – 65 years as of 1st January 2025
Must be an Indian citizen and permanent resident of the concerned area
Must own land or immovable property in the concerned area
Must not have more than two living children (self-affidavit required)
Should not be a government employee
Should not be affiliated with any political party
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th Standard (Matriculation)
Must be physically fit and mentally sound
Should not be insolvent or a defaulter on government dues
Must be a person of high social status and respect

Collect and fill out the prescribed application form available at the Office of the District Commissioner, Jorhat. Submit the completed application in person at the DC office before the deadline.
